Changes to Your Blood Chemistry Occur When You Use Your Cell Phone

Did you know that changes in your blood chemistry occur rapidly when you talk on your cell phone? After as little as 5 minutes of exposure to cell phone radiation and emf your blood cells begin to take on what is called Rouleau formations. This is when your blood cells stack up and clump, causing worm-like patterns.

Rouleau formations are known to correspond with symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, and poor blood circulation. This happens because the ability of red blood cells to carry oxygen is impaired.

Effects of Cell Phone Radiation on Children

Children are especially susceptible to the effects of cell phone radiation, and are put at serious risk from the radiation emitted by mobile phones.

According to a 1996 study by Om Gandhi at the University of Utah, radiation penetrates the brain of a child 4.2 times faster than an adult brain. It penetrates the fluid of the eye more than 12 times faster. It penetrates the lens of the eye 11.6 times faster. It penetrates the connective tissue of the eye 11.1 times faster.

Further, scientists have discovered that a call lasting just two minutes can alter the natural electrical activity of a child’s brain for up to an hour afterwards. Radio waves from mobile phones penetrate deep into a child’s brain, not just into the ear.

The soft, developing tissues of a child’s head leave them unprotected, making doctors fearful that disturbed brain activity could lead to psychiatric and behavioral problems and impair learning ability.

Don't Use Your Cell Phone in Rural Areas

Cell phones are more dangerous when you are in rural areas. When you are out in the country there are fewer cell towers or cell sites. This means that your cell phone must work harder to send and receive a signal, which means it emits more of the dangerous radiofrequency (RF) radiation that contributes to cancer and other diseases.

Always try to check your cell phone before you make a call. Make sure that the signal on your phone is strong. You can tell by visually looking at your phone and seeing how many bars of reception it has. If there are only one or two bars, try to avoid talking on your phone in that location.

Cell Phones Increase Risk of Mouth Cancer

Israeli scientist Dr. Siegal Sadetzky of Tel Aviv University has recently published a new study in the American Journal of Epidemiology which reveals an increase in cancers of the salivary and parotid glands (which lie just near the ear) among heavy cell phone users.

According to the study those who use their cell phones heavily are 50% more likely to develop mouth cancers.

We are becoming more and more aware of the dangers of cell phone radiation. Unfortunately, however there is very little information about the radiation emitted from the other wireless phones we use daily. Those are the regular cordless 900 mHz, 2.4 megahertz, and other wireless phones we use in our home and office.

They are convenient, but they, too, emit radiation as does the base station they receive their signal from which is hooked up to your phone outlet. It stands to reason that we should use the same precautions with these phones as we do with our cell phones: limit talk time, use speakerphone or an airtube headset. Get your cell phones equipped with a cell chip for added protection and your cordless phones and base stations equipped with a universal chip.
